  **NOTE: If purchasing NON-RECHARGEABLE LITHIUM batteries such as CR123A, 1/2AA Lithium T04/51, CR2032, L91, etc...We recommend using for a speedy delivery. Please visit our "FAQ" page for explanations.

So if you place your order on a friday, we will most likely ship on Tuesday or possibly Monday for air shipments. We also honor most common Holidays...SO IF YOU NEED ONE OF OUR ITEMS IMMEDIATELY, WE RECOMMEND CALLING US TO PLACE URGENT ORDERS!!!
  
  

• Orders placed Monday thru Thursday before 3pm - we will do our best to process your order within 24 hours.

• Orders placed Monday thru Thursday after 3pm - we will do our best to process your order within 48 hours..

• Orders placed Friday thru Sunday - we will do our best to process your order on the next business day.

• Air shipments always have priority. If we are out of stock or cannot ship air shipments in a timely fashion, we will do our best to notify you. We cannot guarantee day of delivery unless we can confirm when your order actually shipped, and even then, once the order leaves our facility, responsibility lies with the freight carrier.

• NOTE: ONLY REGULAR BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY THRU FRIDAY) ARE COUNTED AS DELIVERY DAYS FOR AIR SHIPMENTS! Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not counted as days when calculating delivery times. For example, if you place an order on a Thursday before 3pm, we will do our best to ship on Friday which means a 2nd Day Shipment should arrive on Tuesday, or if you place a 2nd Day order on Friday, we will most likely ship on Monday for a Wednesday delivery. Don't forget about our SUMMER HOURS. FOR AIR SHIPMENTS, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING US BY TELEPHONE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER SO WE CAN CONFIRM WHEN WE WILL ACTUALLY SHIP YOUR ORDER.

ABOUT DISCOUNTED SHIPPING RATES - from time to time, we will have promotions that offer discounted shipping rates. Under most circumstances, this is for ground shipments with a UPS or FedEx Ground shippable address within the continental United States (i.e. this does not include Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO addresses). We reserve the right to choose the method of ground shipping (most likely UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS). There will most likely be items that are excluded from the discounted shipping rates due to low value or high weight (such as individual cells, alkaline batteries, cordless phone batteries, and sealed lead acid batteries). We will not ship Lithium Primary (non-rechargeable) batteries via USPS! Usually we will consider most complete battery pack assemblies and battery chargers (such as for digital cameras, camcorders, two-way radios, power tools, etc.) as free shipping qualified.

NOTE: If our system offers you a discounted shipping rate for a shipping address outside of the Continental U.S., then the system has made a mistake and your order will not ship! We will ask you to re-order and select an appropriate shipping method.

Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO Addresses - we will ship orders to these destinations via USPS and will charge the appropriate shipping/handling charge. If your order contains any type of lithium primary batteries (non-rechargeable) then we will not ship via USPS - we will ship via UPS or FedEx and ask you to pay the appropriate shipping and handling charge. WE CANNOT SHIP LITHIUM PRIMARY (NON-RECHARGEABLE) BATTERIES TO APO ADDRESSES! If an order is entered with a P.O. Box or APO shipping address and a method of shipping is selected other than USPS, then we will contact you for a UPS shippable address or we will contact you with a request for approval of the appropriate shipping charge to use USPS. You must give us a valid e-mail address so we can contact you.Our online shipping calculations may vary slightly from any verbal quotations you may receive from our sales personnel via telephone. If this occurs we will always honor the lower quoted price as long as you mention it in the comment field when placing your order.

We do our best to post your tracking number to your order after shipment. This should be available when using our check order status feature. You may need your username and password (presented to you by e-mail with your order confirmation - be sure to supply a valid e-mail address when placing your order).
